Job Summary
Metayb is seeking an experienced and highly driven Chief of Staff with 4-10 years of experience person who can partner with the Management Team in driving strategic initiatives and business operations. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution of organizational priorities, and fostering alignment across business functions. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence to enable effective decision-making and organizational growth. Success in this role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, business acumen, and project execution capabilities in a fast-paced IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO on strategic business priorities and organizational initiatives.
- Manage the CEO's day-to-day business operations, executive calendar, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and business updates.
- Track action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct business research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Monitor business performance and recommend improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Lead and monitor high-priority strategic projects across multiple business functions.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Technical Leads, Product Teams, Delivery Teams, Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Drive governance using Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Act as the central coordination point between business and technology teams.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and drive timely decision-making.
