Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Pasta Process Manager with a strong background in pasta production (especially long-cut pasta) to oversee, optimize, and ensure the smooth running of our pasta manufacturing operations. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, team leadership, and process improvement skills to deliver high-quality products while maintaining compliance with food safety standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end pasta production processes, with a focus on long-cut pasta.
  • Develop, test, and refine recipes to meet product quality and consistency standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality control protocols, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of ~20 production and quality staff.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Degree in Food Technology or a related field (mandatory). Additional certifications in Quality Control or Process Improvement are a plus.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in pasta production, preferably in managing production lines and optimizing processes.
  • Skills:
  • Must-Have: Strong expertise in pasta production processes, food safety compliance, and process optimization.
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience working with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality).
