Job Title: CMA Industrial Trainee (15 Months)
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated CMA Industrial Trainee to join our Finance team for a 15-month training period. This role is ideal for CMA students who have completed their Intermediate level and are seeking practical, hands-on corporate exposure as part of their training curriculum. You will gain valuable experience across financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and corporate finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and month-end closures.
- Perform account reconciliations, ledger reviews, and validation of financial data.
- Conduct research on financial policies, cost management trends, and industry benchmarks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audits, process enhancements, and compliance tasks.
- Manage ad-hoc finance assignments and special projects as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- CMA Industrial Trainee (CMA Intermediate cleared).
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, cost accounting, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of analytical and financial tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in finance, accounting, cost accounting, or taxation.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
