Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with up to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for data visualization and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with senior developers and business teams to transform raw data into meaningful, interactive dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Support in building data models and setting up relationships between data tables.
- Use Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and Power Pivot to clean, transform, and visualize data.
- Learn to write basic DAX and SQL queries for data manipulation and calculation.
- Work under the guidance of senior team members to gather, understand, and document reporting requirements.
- Perform basic testing and validation of reports to ensure accuracy.
- Help maintain and manage Power BI Workspaces, data refreshes, and sharing dashboards.
- Stay updated with Power BI tools and best practices, and continuously improve your technical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· 0 to 2 years of experience in Power BI or related data analysis/BI tools.
· Basic understanding of data visualization principles and dashboarding concepts.
· Familiarity with Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX (even academic or project experience is acceptable).
· Basic knowledge of SQL (joins, unions, filtering).
· Exposure to Power Apps or Power Automate is a plus.
· Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
· Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
